How can i stay in shape while traveling?

We are currently on our way to cerro castillo where we will do a tough 4 day trek with our backpacks. It will probably be astonishing but also mentally and physically challenging.

We’ve been quite active since we started our trip. Mostly because we’ve been walking a lot. Still, apart from our 4 day hike, I doubt our activities will keep me in my current shape.

How we saw Penguins on Chiloe (Ancud) without booking an expensive tour

Some people might know that I would like to embark on a trip to Antarctica. Not because I like snow or freezing temperatures that much but because I love Penguins. They are just awesome in every way. Way too clumsy to climb up a hill but determined to make it anyway. They are great parents and stay together for life. And okay, I’ll admit it, they are very, very cute.

Planning ahead has never been my strong suit. Professionally, I am well organized, but in my natural habitat, home, I usually go with the flow. Exceptions to that rule have been moving into our apartment and getting married, which I have pretty much completely drawn out in Excel.
